The "Image Viewer" (Figure 1) is accessed via the "View Image" or thumbnail links on the Resource Record page.  Only one resource may be accessed at a time. The "Image Viewer" includes a number of controls for exploring the resource.

Zoom

The "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" buttons allow you to minimize and maximize the size of the image using the pre-defined zoom levels. Alternatively, you can use your mouse to click on the image to zoom in. Left-click on your mouse to move the enlarged image around on your screen. The "Reset Zoom" button returns the image to its original size.

Rotate

The "Rotate Left" and "Rotate Right" buttons allow you to rotate the image. "Rotate Left" rotates the image counterclockwise in 90 degree increments. "Rotate Right" rotates the image clockwise in 90 degree increments.

Reset Zoom

Click the "Reset" button to return to the default image size.

Download

Click the "Download" button to download the Standard Image (JPG) file of the image. To download the Master Image (TIFF) or Metadata (Dublin Core) files, use the download button on the resource page.

Exit

Click the "Exit" button to exit the Image viewer.
