Whereas, contagious diseases are now prevalent in foreign ports, rendering increased restrictions necessary for the protection of the public health, it is hereby ordered, that from the 15th day of May, 1881, until November 1st, 1881, all vessels arriving in this harbor from the following ports shall stop at the quarantine staton
