This presentation, recorded at the Transplantation 1975 conference at Brooke Army Medical Center, is by LTC John D. Whelchel of the US Air Force Medical Corps. As experience in renal transplantation has increased, the instance of primary vascular complication appears to be decreasing. Col. Whelchel discusses what these complications are, their causes, and various techniques that can be used for successful revascularization of renal grafts. A slideshow of graphs, charts, and X-rays of internal organs accompanies the lecture.
