People stroll through town, likely a part of Moscow, on a sunny day. Bright beds of tulips, red and red/yellow, line the walkways. Churches and other buildings are seen. A group of workers is paving a street, with a man operating a machine and a woman tamping down gravel. Cranes load containers onto boats. The Monument to the Conquerors of Space, a 110-meter tall titanium monument that depicts a rocket rising on an exhaust plume, appears. The interior of the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics, located at the base of the monument, is shown. The museum contains exhibits that highlight the Soviet space program, including a space capsule and diagrams and images of how the rockets and spacecraft functioned. Next the camera has captured a circus act featuring trained bears. The bears wear boxing trunks and gloves and box against one another, with a "coach," also a bear, just outside the ring. The referee is a human who eventually declares one of the bears the winner. Bears wearing tutus skate in a circle; then, clothes changed again, ride bicycles and scooters. Ticks as well as other insects are collected from animals in the woods.
