- Abstract:
- Concerns the number of officers absent from their regiments without sufficient cause. Leaves of absence are to be granted by the Secretary of War alone, claims of disability must have a physician's certificate, wounded and invalided officers who can travel should go to Annapolis or Camp Chase, Ohio until they are ready to rejoin their regiments.
