This letter, reproduced on the PLOS web site, was sent to all the signers of the original open letter, letting them know that while over 26,000 scientists had pledged to stop dealing with non-open-access publishers, there were still lots of publishers that hadn't met the conditions of the open letter. PLOS urged support for those that did, and noted that it planned to start publishing.
