Abstract:
The picture is the shape of a pocket watch on a chain. The stem of the watch says "Dial 115." The center of the watch face says "Clinical Center crime watch", the "a" in "watch" being replaced by an open eye. At the top and bottom of the watch face it says "Crime takes less than a minute."
