The man faces the camera, his hands crossed before him, and stands on the median of a street in New York City as cars speed by him. The words "Open," "Your," and "Heart" are repeated in outline around the man. Running vertically along the left edge of the poster, and preceding the title, is the list of celebrity hosts (Sandra Bernhard, Eartha Kitt, et al.) of the benefit. The date, time, location, and ticket price of the benefit are given, as well as a list of represented artists and other items to be auctioned.
