Weaver The interview with Dr. William A. Weaver took place in his office-home in Bala-Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, on June 20, 1968. The interviewers were Dr. John Duffy of 'rulane Un'iversity and bls assistant, r.1r. lVIartin Kaufman. Dr.. ~feaver was born in Philadelphia in 1909. His father was a homeopathic physician in that city, and it was only natural for the young ltJeaver to attend Hahneman..ll College. He graduated from Hahnemann College of Science with a B.S. gree in 1931, and in 1933 took his M.D. degree from Hahnemann r1edical College.. He then joined his father in medical practice.. During It/or1d 1h]ar II he spent four years in the service. On his return to civilian 1i he started practlc in Philadelphia, but in 1958 he moved to Bala-Cynwyd, where is currently in private practice .. Dr . Weaver has been a long-time member of the Pennsyl­ vania State Homeopathic SOciety and is presently its president.
