Dear Doctor Silver:
Your letter of May 16th has been received and I am pleased to have your comments 
regarding the cerebral palsy program in Rhode Island.
As you know, this project has been in operation just a little over a year and it 
may be that some difficulty has been experienced in getting it started. I think it 
would be well if you could arrange to talk with Doctor Glidden Brooks who heads up 
the program. After you have dicussed the matter with him should still be 
dissatisfied with the progress to date, I wish that you would let me know.
