The Annual Meeting of the Adams Nervine 
Asylum will be held at the Asylum, on Centre Street, 
Jamaica Plain, on Wednesday afternoon, May 8, 1889, 
at 3 o’clock. 
Amendments of the 2d and 7th by-laws will be 
proposed, providing that the number of the Managers 
shall be twelve, instead of fifteen, and that five of the 
Managers shall constitute a quorum, instead of six. 
Members of the corporation taking the 2.40 train ot 
the Boston & Providence R. R. will be furnished with car 
tickets by the Secretary at the station.

Members of the corporation who desire to nominate candidates 
for membership are requested to send the names of the candidates to 
the Secretary, at No 70 Kilby Street, Boston, on or before Monday, 
May 6, in order that they may be considered by the Committee on 
Elections before the meeting.
