All sick and wounded officers, absent from their commands and not fit for duty in the field, but able to sit on Courts Martial, will immediately report their names and address to the Adjutant General of the Army. 11.. staff and regimental medical officers, now on leave, in the Department of the East, in New Jersey, the eastern part of Penn- sylvania, and the eastern part of Maryland, if able to travel, will report to the nearest Medical Director for examination; and those found unfit for active service, but able to do hospital duty, will be ordered to report immediately at the hospital at Camp Parole, near Annapolis, Maryland, for such duty as the Surgeon in charge may require of them. order of the Secretary of War: E.
