Paragraph 1422, Revised Army Regulations, is hereby amended to read as follows: “Enlisted men who lose or dispose of revolver pistols entrusted to their care, will hereafter be charged twenty dollars in each case, that being the amount of pecuniary damage sustained by the United States as estimated by the Ordnance Department.” By order of the Secretary of War: E.
