In the settlement of the clothing1 accounts of volunteers whose periods 
of service have been less than one year, they will be entitled to the 
following credits for the different periods of service, viz: 
Three-months’ service $23$$, 
Six-months’ service 35 
And nine-months’ service 40$$)
