Paragraph 1385 Army Regulations is so amended as to authorize 
issues, without payment, of equipments and arms necessary to the 
performance of such duty to officers detailed for special duty requiring 
them to he mounted ; and for which service they receive no additional 
compensation. Officers shall receipt for and account for all equipments 
or arms so issued to them.
