By direction of the President, 2d Lieutenant Charles Lyman, 14th 
Connecticut Volunteers, is hereby dismissed the service for furnishing 
the descriptive list of a man of his Company to an unauthorized 
person, in disregard of General Orders on the subject. 
This order will he read at the head of every Company and Eegiment 
in the Army.
