GENERAL ORDERS, No. 136. WAR DEPARTMENT, Adjutant General’s Office, Washington, May 18, 1863. By direction of the President, 2d Lieutenant Charles Lyman, 14th Connecticut Volunteers, is hereby dismissed the service for furnishing the descriptive list of a man of his Company to an unauthorized person, in disregard of General Orders on the subject.
