Ohio, and Francis T. Russell, Esq., of Missouri, are appointed by 
the President Commissioners, under the joint resolution of July 12, 
1862, revived, to examine claims of officers and men actually employed 
in the Western Department, or Department of Missouri. 
James H. Moss, Esq., is appointed Solicitor for the Commission.
