of Subsistence, U. S. Volunteers, is hereby honorably discharged on 
account of physical infirmity. 
11.. First Lieutenant D. R. Wilson, 16th U. S. Infantry, is dismissed 
the service, by direction of the President, for disloyalty to the Govern- 
ment and conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.
