So much of “ General Orders,” No. 195, of November 24, 1862, as 
dismisses Captain Emerson F. Giles, 7th Wisconsin Volunteers, is 
hereby revoked, it appearing that he was tried and acquitted by a 
Court Martial of the offence for which he was dismissed.
