1.. Brigadier-General Lorenzo Thomas, Adjutant General 
of the Army, is assigned to duty according to his Brevet, with the 
pay and emoluments thereof. 
11.. Franklin Gardner, 10th Infantry, having abandoned 
the command of, and left his Post,—Fort Bridger—the President 
directs that he cease to be an officer of the Army from this date.
