First Lieutenant Charles H. Ogle, 1st Dragoons, having failed to 
render his accounts, as required by the act ‘‘concerning the dis- 
bursement of public money,'’ approved January 31, 1823, the 
President directs that he be dismissed from the Army of the United 
States. He is accordingly hereby dropped from the Rolls of the 
Army.
