1. General Orders, No. 36, current series, is hereby revoked. 
11. The Superintendent of the Nitre and Mining Bureau is authorized 
to pay, from the funds appropriated for the expenses of said bureau, the 
actual traveling expenses of officers of the same on duty, under orders 
in lieu of any commutation for the time, of rations and forage.
