Dear Chick,
On behalf of the PHS Intra Agency Committee for IYDP '81, I want to thank you for your superb presentation on Tuesday. The segments of the film and the slides conveyed vividly the attitudes that people have toward the disabled.
Indeed you are an inspiration to us all! More than ever we need your leadership in PHS. There is so much to be accomplished. It is a privilege to work with you.
