Dear Lin:
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your very warm cordial letter of October 22nd. It has been a source of great comfort to me to know that I still had a home base at Tenth Church and that there were people there in the form of old and new friends who were praying me through the last bad thirty-five weeks.
I have to acknowledge that I have had the peace of God which passes all understanding and I know that that is for the reason of it.
