Iam sorry that your busy schedule prevented you from
joining me at the breakfast this morning when I presented
a proposal that we developed in California - an efficient,
effective and economical health care system,

Because I hope that you will want to join in this effort, I
am enclosing a copy of that proposal. Within a few days
I plan to name an executive committee to study and
evaluate my proposal and report to our group their
opinions as to its feasibility and as to how we should best
proceed.

Following that report, I shall be in touch with you again.
In the meantime, I would be grateful if you would be
willing to advise me at my Los Angeles office, telephone
(213) 824-7333, as to your appraisal of my proposal and
any thoughts or suggestions you might have concerning
its implementation.
