cultures fortiwith: W- 3112 = Lacy” SY; Y-3127 - Lac, . Both stocks
are F~ prototrophs. W-1177, which you may have been using, carries Lac)~.

We sre hoping tc revart to protoplagts soon; if they are not already buried
in the sass of stuff on my desk, could you send me the recipes and sauple of
