I have your note re Trefferdd project. I don't envy you the assignment of
sitting in judgnent on your colleagues' work and capabilities.

Unfor tunetely, I am not well informed about Treffers' work. We had some
correspondence nearly a year ago, but I received very few details from hia.
If I say that I aimply have no opinion on the matter, I mean just that and
please do not construe it negatively in any way.
