Thank you for your letter. 1 know that Harlyn will be very
happy to hear from you.

As you know | will be departing for Stanford University before
very much longer and what with the events of the last week or so it
does not look as though | will have any opportunity of renewing our
examination of hemophilus before our departure. Your lyophil tubes
have arrived in very good order and { will simply take them out with
me to California. Thank you very much for this courtesy. ' was glad
to have a chance to talk with you again, brief as the opportunity was
at Stockholm.
