We. do nit have mach work in the bacterial

- genetics field . but Dr. ‘Bruce Holloway has obtained interesting ©

results on inter and intra~strain recombination with Pseudomonas
aetuginosa, and we are tackling genetic studies on the pox
viruses. You may also be interested in the progress‘ of our
studies on myxomatosis, ‘for we have now obtained evidence of
genetic changes in the resistanoe of Australian wild rabbits —
as well as changes in the virulence of thé7¥in ea

 

If you could tell me what organization is
sponsoring your trip to Australia I will make arrangements with
