Dector Lederverg has suggested that I send you the enclosed
manuscript by your brother.

It will be greatly appreciated if you can spare the time
to read the manuscript carefully, check the grammar and then have
the entire manuscript retyped. The paper was returned to your brother
once, He made the corrections on separate pages but did not insert them
in the manuseript,

The members of the Board who have read the manuscript believe
it 1s interesting and worthy of publication, However, in its present
form I am afraid the typesetter would make Many mistakes and then we
would have many expensive alterations, on the galley proof.
