I am very sorry that Rot-an's paper has caused you so much rrief',
As you have no difficulty in appreciating, English is not his native tonpue,
and the eclreumetances of submission of the us, were somewhat hectic,

If you feel that the paper vould be accepted if corrected for grammar
and neatness, I can surrest an arrangerent that will take the ourden off
your hands, Rotman would not have secretarial help that could cope with the
English language, Rather than return it to him, with the time it would take,
and his own difficulty vith grammatical construction, I sugcest thet you send
it to his sister: Dr, Raquel Sussman, Blolopy Dept,, Northwestern University,
Evanston, Tllinois, I phoned her, and she said she would take care of the task,
I think she could accept the responsibility, even better than I, of straightening
out his lenguars, I am afraid I would just be unable to get to a similar

task myesbaf for at least a couple of veelks,
