I am glad to hear that all of the lyophils came up,
Mutant 62-20-19 is not a very vigorous culture as regards
growth rate, but it has always been a very satisfactory
culture as regards genetic behavior,

I prefer the minimal medium at pH 6,8-7.0, given in
our J, Bact, articles, It gives reproducible results, and
is fairly easy to handle,
