Thank you very much for the prompt answering my questions.

I immagine the very voluminous correspondance you have to settle
every day and therefore I am particular thanksful for your
friendly and detailed information about Dallas. If I under-
stand right it is much more problematical to live in Dallas

as in the happy area of liadison and it needs good friends

to compensate the disadmantages of Dallas. Since it is not
absolut undoubtedly that the friends from the Glogne team

can fulfil this apparent gap, Barbara and I are not definitely
decide@. It is extrem difficult in our situation to form a reso-
lution.

In the last time I get some small hope for the microbiological
Chair at the University in Erlangen and it is perhaps possible
to make the following arrangement: to go for two years or so

to Dallas and than accept the Microbiology in Erlangen. The
decision for a transitory stay in Dallas with the possibility

to change back to Germany would be much easier as a definite
resolution. I hope up to end of Juli or the beginning of August
I have the decision about Erlangen and I can make up my mind.
