Dear Joshua,
As you can imagine, I have thought very painfully about the possibility of moving.  However, both Jill and I have decided that the idea of moving to Wisconsin is decidedly attractive.  If you and your colleagues should find a place for me, I would like to hear about it.
I should say, however, that you if you yourself decide to move, I would probably decide to stay here.
There is, of course, no hurry on my side to make the decision.

We just had an unusually successful phage meeting.  I don't know why, exactly, except that it was very well organized by Luria.  I hope you and Esther are enjoying your visit to the bottom of the world
