Enclosed is a copy of the third communication concerning
radiation hazards and radiation standards.

As you will see immediately through its perusal, the very
"foundation" or “cornerstone” of all radiation protection standards,
past and present, now lies in ashes, exposed for its scientific
nonsense,

I believe this entire sorry affair can only be regarded
as a monument to men's arrogance when prodded by parochial interests.
