A conference on the origin of prebiological systems is being arranged

for 27-30 October at the Wakulla Springs Hotel in Florida. Enclosed is
some material to give you a better idea of the detailed plans.

The NASA sponsors have urged a closed and limited conference and
the accomodations at the hotel demand such limitation. In the attempt to
develop a balanced group, however, we find ourselves at this time short
of a sufficient emphasis on genetical concepts. 1am hopeful, therefore,
that Dr. Lederberg will find it possible to participate.
