I am about to leave for Europe -- go to Sydney on Thursday.
My current itinerary lists arrival at Madison on Tuesday 19 Nov and departure from there to Minneapolis early on Thursday 21 Nov, if plane bookings can be made.  (as I am sure they can).
I hope that I will be able to see you and Esther there.  I and all my colleagues enjoyed your visit here immensely.
