My dear Luca,

This is just a brief note
enclosing a copy of a letter to Jim which
I thought might interest you. I hope it is
reasonably clear --probably not as it was
compesed at the typewriter!

Jim may have told you that
I am going to spend six months with
Delbruck at Pasadena,beginning at the end
of August,so much to my regret(and Nora's)
the Italian meetings will be out this time.
I did'nt let you know before as the thing
had not been definitely arranged.

Do'nt forget to send me a
copy of the Cav.,Led.& Led. paper. Is there
any chance of your coming to the S.G.M.
symposium starting April 14? We still have a
spare room,

One of the pleassnt features
of working at Pasadena will be the constant
association with people interested in K-12.
Sometimes,though,I get heartily sick of it
myself and feel some nice,simple investigat-
ion would be preferable. This week is one of
those times! Do'nt bother to write if you
are busy. Best wishes to Pupa from Nora &
myself.
