Dear Dr. McCauley,

sometime ago I corresponded with you
on the possibility of obtaining a training grant but I
did not pursue the mtter further for various reasons. I
am now in a better position than before to make this ap-
plication, but I am afraid the application forms and in-
structions which you sent me in 1961 are out of date.

I would be grateful if you could send
me a new set of research training grant application forms
and informational material.
