particularly the suggestion regarding the Meynelis. We hope to
exploit the opportunity to accommodate visiting professors as a
possibly efficient means of learning about people and issues,
getting some assistance in teaching, and avoiding, at the same
time, making essentially irreversible commitments regarding per-
sonnel before having lived in the microbiological arena for a year

,or two.
