Dear Joshua:

Many thanks indeed for the book, which I have enjoyed very
much, mainly in the nights in the bed - thatis ima place where one
does not write letters of thanks.

The working plans, we have together with the Boston group
you know of, have suddenly got widenend very intensely as a result of
my visit to Boston after the October-meeting in New York, In fact I
am just going back to Boston tomorrow for a continuation of these dis-
cussions and there has been little intelligent work done in the laboratory
by me these last weeks which is the reason I have not let hear from
me before. However, in early December I will be back again and start
a more stable existence.
