My thanks to Merck, and yourself, for your generous
gift of vitamins as requested. I hope my request for 1 gm.
of desthioblotin (dl-Desthioallobiotin}) did not seem exor-
bitant; I was under the inpression that it was more availeble
than biotin itself.

A shipment of five items arrived concurrently with your
letter; I trust that 100 mg. Biotin and 100 mg. ...thiazole
were sent separately and have simply not yet arrived.
