Iam enclosing a set of suggestions for autnors of
sections in the manual of hetnods in Medical Researcnse

Also, I enclose a few sample pages from the first
volumes I would appreciate your letting me nave by the end
of this month, if possible, an approximate estimate of the
number of double spaced, type written pages that you tnink
will be needed to cover the material on biochemical
mutations and recombination in bacteria.

I nope the sample of phage C26 arrived in geod condi-
tion. The titer is probably between 107 ana 1019,
