Dear Josh,

Under separate cover I am sending you the A. tumefaciens auxotrophs. I enclose
a list describing each straine Klein has written me several insulting letters
requesting the cultures. I am tempted to tell him off but will no doubt soften

and send him theme

I have had a rather interesting break in the enzyme induction expts. which
explains a great deal. A few more weeks experimentation and I will have a
story that you will find amusing. When will we see you again? What are your

summer plans?

I had a very nice visit to the Weste The duplicons got a cool reception in

Berkeley, Roger being against and Germaine for. Everyone was nice to me, thpugh.
