Dear Josh:

Just a note to say hello, and that we persevere with our experiments.
Our principal difficulty recently has been these damn strain changes which
occur and limit the number of generations in which I can experiment.

I am interested to get some other inducers, and plan to synthesize some
soon. I did make some betathiomethyl, and will provide you with some, should
you want any.

Right now I am in the midst of negotiating about a new position. Luria
may go to the Albert EKinstein Medical School in New York, and he will offer
me a nice job if he goes, I will visit the place tomorrow. All of this makes
me feel ill-at-ease and interferes with work.
