December 20, 1948. Dear Luria, I will be glad to make it to Bloomington for your Thursday night seminar, by plane if the weather looks promising. However, travelling at this time of year is somewhat uncertain, and I may have to revise these plans. If there is any change I will write or telegraph as soon as I can. The plane I have had in mind is scheduled to arrive at Indianapolis at 1:40 PM, Thursday Jan. 6. I also wanted to arrive a little earlier in hopes that we could arrange to do some cytological preparations on my coli heterozygotes, as you suggested in Chicago. I will bring along any neccesary media. With best seasonal wishes, Sincerely, Joshua Lederberg
