I forgot how much [lambda] was to get. I gave it 200,000r. Incubation was at 1000r/min at 250 kv.
My visit was extremely pleasant. Many thanks again.
If you want more samples, x-rayed, send them down or better still come yourselves.

Dear Josh,
No doubt this is either silly or you have done it. Take FA from two donors one donor exhibiting an antigen the other not--the donors being "alike in all other respects." If you treat the two FA preps with antiserum for this antigen, will you inactivate the transducing power of the FA?
