SR stocks of W-677 have not yet been prepared, but as I am planning to use this strain shortly we will be getting them, and will send cultures on to you.
The media and washing fluid used are the same as your own except that tap water has been substituted where trace elements were called for.
It will be all right for you to retain the MS : the misspelling of your name had escaped me when going over it, but will be corrected before it is published.  Hollaender says that the Oaks Ridge papers will be printed, but as those of last year have not yet appeared, I don't know when.
