This is to confirm that I have flight reservations for 2/27/50,
by Delta Airlines, to arrive at Knoxville 10:53 AM, FST. If weather
forbids the flight, I will probably leave Chicago Sunday night, and
will. wire you.

I am not clear whether you require that tax not be:paid for reim-
pursed travel. Tax exemption certificates are available here, but
I am not clear whether the National Laboratory is regarded as a federal
subdivision for this purpose. The ehclosed post card will facilitate
a reply.
