I am very glad that you can be with us on Thursday, February 16.
We would like very much for you to arrive here so that you could
give us the seminar at 3:30 P.M. on Thursday afternoon.

Please save all receipts for this trip since you will need them
for reimbursement of expenses.

Will you also please let us know as soon as you have made reserva-
tions the time you will arrive in Knoxville and we will have a car
pick you up and bring you to Oak Ridge. Room reservations will be
made at our Guest House.
